Terms & Conditions

Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in a separate statement of work, proposal, or contract agreed by both parties. Website content is for general information and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deliverables are licensed or assigned as specified in your agreement. Pre-existing materials, tools, and frameworks owned by Agento Solution remain our property; custom work created for you is addressed in your contract.

You agree to provide timely access, feedback, and materials needed for delivery; to ensure you have rights to any content or data you supply; and to use deliverables in compliance with applicable laws.

Services are provided on an "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, Agento Solution is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Both parties may receive confidential information. Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect the other’s confidential information and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement, subject to any NDA in place.

Either party may terminate an engagement as set out in the applicable agreement. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. confidentiality, liability limits where allowed) survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction specified in your master agreement, or otherwise by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where consumer protections require otherwise.

We may update these terms periodically. The updated date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes to ongoing engagements will be communicated where appropriate.
